職位要求

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for metal raw materials and metal mechanical parts including steel, cooper and pig iron etc.
- Data collection from different internal plants for the commodities assigned. Data analysis and classification for management’s use of strategic decision making.
- RFQ, analyze quotation and preliminary negotiation with suppliers to make sure the right data is provided to achieve best cost.
- Maintain prices in ERP systems: key in, change and correct if any.
- Market research and intelligence for the raw materials and parts in the scope.
- Understand the commodity strategy established by line manager and make sure the execution of the strategy by stakeholders.
- Interface and bridge between internal stakeholders and suppliers. Take responsibility of solving price and delivery issues. Support quality team to solve quality issues.
- Manage supplier performance and proposals for sustainable development

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree graduating from fulltime university majoring mechanics or business management.
- >6 years working experience as purchaser role in multinational companies
- Sensitive to figures, good data analysis skills. Logical and strategic thinking.
- Experience of managing metal raw materials or mechanical parts in manufacturing plant.
- Good command of metal parts manufacturing process like stamping and forging.
- Negotiation skills is needed. Strong communication skills across the functions.
- Good written and oral English.
- Integrity and be strict with business ethics and compliance.
- Travels in China with frequency of estimated 30%.
- Good self and time management
- Experience in elevator industry is a plus.
